Top surgery performed with a periareolar approach, ( otherwise known as “peri”). The patient was not an ideal candidate for a short incision procedure since their breasts were a little larger than ideal. Despite this the patient was highly motivated to avoid double incision scars. The outcome has been good but on the 3/4 and side views there is a slight depression under the right nipple. The patient is very happy with the result. The photo was taken at 11 months.
