28 year old who underwent top surgery with a periareolar keyhole approach. Periareolar technique used in order to resize areola. The patient was not an ideal candidate for a short incision because of size and some laxity but had an excellent result. Five month photos including 3/4 view which shows well healed periareolar scar.
