FTM top surgery performed through keyhole approach with periareolar mastopexy, (peri approach). The patient is middle aged with some skin laxity and minimal sagging pre op making them a “nonideal” keyhole candidate. Despite “nonideal” status and a contour irregularity post op (crease near nipple) the patient is very happy with the outcome.
