17 year old male with fairly severe gynecomastia including enlarged areolas. The patient had no hair on his chest and for that reason we decided to limit our incision to around the areola. Otherwise known as a “periareolar” approach, this procedure allows for some skin tightening and decreasing the areola size. Five month photo.
