FTM top surgery using nipple sparing mastectomies and periareolar mastopexies, (incision all the way around nipple). The periareolar technique was necessary to decrease the size of the areola and to tighten the skin. Patient was not a perfect candidate for a limited incision technique but had an excellent result.
